General Wellness Exams


Annual wellness exams are vital for spotting health issues, promoting healthy lifestyles, and providing essential screenings. General wellness labs are a series of lab test completed to provide a comprehensive overview of an individual’s health. Lab test are not limited to A1c, CBC, CMP, Glucose, Lipid Profile, Liver Profile, TSH, Vitamin B12, and Vitamin D.


Physical Examinations

  • School physicals are comprehensive physical examinations that are used to evaluate a child’s overall health and development. (Parents must bring in proof of child's immunization)


  • Sports physicals are medical examinations that assess a student athlete’s health to ensure that it is safe for them to participate in sports.


  • Work Physicals are medical examinations that assess an individual’s physical fitness to perform a job’s demand and ensure a safe work environment.



Pre surgical clearance is a comprehensive assessment of a person’s overall health prior to a surgical procedure. The process includes a medical history review, a complete physical assessment, laboratory test, consultations, risk assessment and communication.


Vitamin Supplements are dietary supplements containing one or more vitamins which are organic compounds essential for the body’s metabolic functions.


Vitamin B12 is a water soluble vitamin essential for maintaining healthy nerves, blood cells, and DNA.


Vitamin D is a fat soluble vitamin that helps regulate, calcium and phosphorus and is crucial for bone health and immune system function.
